This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. Base Year: 10/15/2026 10/14/2027 Option Year One: 10/15/2027 10/14/2028 Option Year Two: 10/15/2028 10/14/2029 Option Year Three: 10/15/2029 10/14/2030 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ.
