The City of Oak Ridge, Tennessee is seeking bids for a comprehensive renovation of its outdoor pool at 172 Providence Road. - Government Buyer: - City of Oak Ridge, Senior Capital Project Manager (Jason Roberts) - OEMs and Vendors: - Pentair (recirculation pumps) - AccuTab (chemical feed booster pumps) - Pulsar (chlorination booster pumps) - Prominent (CO2 feed systems) - Products and Quantities: - Pentair 6X8X13.5 1800-CL recirculation pumps (4 units, 1500 GPM, 80 TDH, 50 HP) - Whisperflow XFVS recirculation and feature pumps (2 units, 160 GPM, 5 HP) - AccuTab 3500 chemical feed booster pumps (2 units, 1.5 HP, 873 lbs/day) - Pulsar Infinity 5 Tube chlorination booster pump (1 unit, 25 lbs/day) - Prominent CO2-200 feed systems (2 units, 20-200 SCFH) - Prominent CO2-50 feed system (1 unit, 5-50 SCFH) - New pool liner, filtration system, fencing, and pool deck repairs - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Demolition of existing pool components and installation of new systems - Electrical upgrades including new conduits, disconnects, GFCI receptacles, and VFDs with emergency stops - Compliance with local codes for safety and electrical bonding - Optional alternates: pool island extension, UV disinfection system installation, and new floor inlets with associated piping and valves - Lump sum bid required; bidders must provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment - Completion required by May 1, 2027, with contract effective upon execution and work commencing within 30 days of Notice to Proceed

This solicitation is for the renovation of the City of Oak Ridge's existing outdoor pool located at 172 Providence Road, Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The project includes providing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to renovate the pool with a new liner, pumps, and filtration system in accordance with the attached specifications.
