Description

The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, Maryland is requesting combined Qualification and Experience/Technical Proposals, and Price Proposals for a qualified consultant to help build the capacity of the Local Management Board (LMB) of Washington County as they update their service delivery model. The consultant will support the LMB in better supporting community agencies and organizations dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families in Washington County. The contract will commence upon execution and expire on June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to funding. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the online bidding site, with separate submissions for technical and pricing proposals.
