The State of Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is soliciting bids for the renewal of Microsoft software licenses and Client Access Licenses (CALs). - Eligible bidders must hold an active Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification at bid closing. - Only suppliers with existing contracts under Department of Administrative Services (DAS), State Term Schedule (STS), Group Purchasing Contract (GPC), or Master Maintenance Agreement (MMA) may respond. - All products requested are Microsoft OEM items: - Visual Studio Enterprise MSDN (20 licenses, part number MX3-00117) - Windows Remote Desktop Services CALs (Device CAL: 240 licenses, part number 6VC-01289; User CAL: 85 licenses, part number 6VC-01290) - Windows Server External Connector (1 license, part number R39-00404) - Pricing must match current contracted prices; all delivery, setup, and warranty costs must be included. - Award will be made to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier; tie bids go to the first responsive bid received. - Responses outside current DAS contracts will not be considered.
