Description

The Police Women's Locker Expansion project involves interior architectural renovations to the existing Police Department’s women’s locker room. The scope includes modernizing existing finishes, optimizing the layout to increase locker capacity, selective demolition, installation of new partitions, replacement of flooring, base, ceilings, and paint, and installation of new owner-furnished contractor-installed lockers with code-compliant structural seismic anchorage. The contractor is also responsible for creating fully functional temporary facilities for the existing locker room, showers, and toilets during construction and coordinating with City Facilities for removal and reinstallation of the existing lactation pod.
