Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.*******Solicitation number W912P626QA026 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for hardware support for performing a comprehensive diagnostic of the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) andexecuting the repair or replacement of the VFD unit to restore system functionality. Conductinga full operational load test of the electric hoist motor, the Contractor shall also perform finalsystem tuning, integration testing, and safety certification to return the elevator to full service.Contracted personnel must be trained, certified, and equipped for fall protection operations IAWU.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 standards. IT IS STATE LAW THAT ELEVATOR REPAIR CONTRACTORS ARE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF INDIANA. ****This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
