Description
The City of Palm Desert is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a comprehensive, modern Agenda, Legislative, and Public Meeting Management Solution that supports the full lifecycle of the City's legislative and public meeting processes. The solution should streamline agenda development and approval, meeting administration, minutes preparation, public access to meeting materials, video streaming and recordings, records management, and related workflows. The contract term is initially 3 years with two 1-year extensions possible, for a maximum of 5 years. The City aims to improve efficiency, reduce duplicative processes, enhance accessibility and transparency, integrate with existing technology, and provide a reliable platform for future operations.
