The City of Morgan Hill is seeking qualified consultants or consultant teams to provide on-call hydrogeological and geotechnical engineering services citywide on an as-needed basis. Typical projects may include hydrogeological assessments, groundwater studies, slope stability assessments, geotechnical investigations and engineering, testing and drilling of water production wells, permitting assistance, and well rehabilitation. The base contract term is three years with possible two one-year extensions. Proposals must be submitted by September 29, 2026.
