Description

The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) Facilities Management and Construction Services is seeking a qualified vendor to upgrade all the elevators at 198 East 161st Street (Concourse Plaza) in the Bronx. The modernization includes replacement of elevator cabs, controls, ancillary system components, installation of two split AC-DX cooling systems, remedial architectural work, and electrical work. The procurement will be conducted via Competitive Sealed Bidding under Section 3-02 of NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules. The contract is estimated at $7,846,200 with a performance period from February 1, 2027, to January 31, 2030.
