Description

The City of Banning is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in the formation, implementation, and potential administration of Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) pursuant to the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982. The scope includes bonded districts as well as service and maintenance districts. The selected consultant will provide special district administration services and be available on a continuing, short-notice basis to respond to requests from City staff, property owners, bondholders, and representatives. The City anticipates selecting one firm to perform these services.
