Description

The Federal Trade Commission is amending its Telemarketing Sales Rule by updating the fees charged to entities accessing the National Do Not Call Registry. The revised fees will become effective on October 1, 2026. The fee for access to the Registry for each area code of data will increase from $82 to $85, and the maximum amount charged to any single entity will increase from $22,626 to $23,425. Additional area codes added during the second six months of the subscription period will have a fee increase from $41 to $43.
