Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazards Disclosure Requirements to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. This is a proposed extension of the ICR, currently approved through August 31, 2026. The ICR covers reporting and recordkeeping requirements for sellers, lessors, and their agents regarding disclosure activities in target housing, including an optional risk assessment or inspection period.
