Description
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky through the Energy and Environment Cabinet on behalf of the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District.
