Description

This solicitation is for the supply of spare parts for the Leopard Battle Tank. The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) seeks to establish a contract under which call-off purchase orders can be issued on an as-needed basis for the materiel described in the attached List of Items. There is no firm commitment from NSPA to order any of the materiel included in the contract. Proposals should be firm fixed price based on delivery FCA Contractors Facilities (Incoterms 2020). The contract will be valid for five years from the date of countersignature.
