Ontario Health is seeking expressions of interest from qualified physicians for the position of Clinical Engagement Lead, Emergency Services. This role supports hospitals across Ontario in improving emergency department performance, patient flow, access to care, and overall system effectiveness through evidence-based improvement methodologies and clinical leadership. The Clinical Engagement Lead will serve as a senior clinical advisor and champion for emergency department and hospital transformation initiatives, working closely with hospital executives, physician leaders, operational teams, and Ontario Health partners. The position requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with a commitment to quality improvement and health system transformation.
