Ontario Health, an agency of the Government of Ontario, is seeking qualified physicians for three Clinical Engagement Lead positions in Emergency Services. - Government Buyer: - Agency: Government of Ontario - Sub-agency: Ontario Health - OEMs and Vendors: - No OEMs or commercial vendors are specified; this is a service opportunity for individual physicians - Services Requested: - Clinical Engagement Lead, Emergency Services - Quantity: 3 positions - Role: Senior clinical advisor supporting hospital emergency department transformation, improvement planning, implementation, monitoring, and sustainability - Requirements: - Minimum five years of executive leadership experience in a major hospital or comparable health system - Expertise in medical leadership, hospital operations, Lean methodology, and process improvement - Ability to provide strategic clinical advisory, change management, consensus-building, and implementation of improvement initiatives - Commitment: Two days per week - Travel across Ontario required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Candidates must be physicians with significant executive leadership and clinical improvement experience - Focus on evidence-based methodologies and system-wide hospital performance improvement - Initial contract term of two years, with an option to renew for one additional year

Ontario Health is seeking expressions of interest from qualified physicians for the position of Clinical Engagement Lead, Emergency Services. This role supports hospitals across Ontario in improving emergency department performance, patient flow, access to care, and overall system effectiveness through evidence-based improvement methodologies and clinical leadership. The Clinical Engagement Lead will serve as a senior clinical advisor and champion for emergency department and hospital transformation initiatives, working closely with hospital executives, physician leaders, operational teams, and Ontario Health partners. The position requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with a commitment to quality improvement and health system transformation.
