The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW), is seeking a contractor to provide and install a Wanderguard Blue Elopement Alarm System at the new Tulsa VA Medical Center. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW), Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System, Tulsa VA Medical Center - Point of contact: Amelia Roberson - OEMs and Vendors: - Wanderguard Blue (OEM for all primary system components) - Products Requested: - 8 Wanderguard Blue Door Alarm Controllers - 16 Wanderguard Blue Nurse Station Annunciators - 50 Wanderguard Blue Bracelets (durable, cut-resistant, IP67+ water ingress protection, sterilizable, low battery notification) - 4 Wanderguard Blue Control Panels (main visual display panels at nurses stations) - 1 Wanderguard Blue Door Bundle Starter Kit (includes transmitters) - Services Requested: - Installation project management, setup, testing, and training for the Wanderguard Blue system - Unique or Notable Requirements: - System must monitor 8 doors across 4 floors with both visual and audible alerts - Each floor must have zoned audible alarms for elopements on that floor and visual notifications on other floors - Delivery and installation must be completed by the specified deadline at the Tulsa VA Medical Center - Contract is set aside for certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - All equipment must meet or exceed specified physical, functional, and performance requirements

The EOVAHCS requires a contractor to provide equipment and installation that meets or exceeds the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics in the following sections. The equipment features are essential to the technical requirements to meet the department's needs and account for retrofitting an existing structure.
