Description
The New York State Homes & Community Renewal, NYS Department of, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit proposals from qualified firms registered with the SEC, FINRA, and/or MSRB. The purpose is to establish Prequalified Panels of Senior Managing Underwriters and Co-Managing Underwriters, as well as a list of Selling Group Members, to support the sale and issuance of the Agencies' bonds. The scope includes bond structuring, pricing, marketing, investor outreach, underwriting process management, and other related services. The contract term is three years, and proposals are due by September 28, 2026.
