This solicitation is for the renovation of the 25th floor of 1 Centre Street into a flexible, amenities-driven NYC office space featuring open workstations, conference rooms, collaborative areas, and a pantry. The work includes demolition and hazardous-material abatement; architectural, structural, and interior finishes; fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, audiovisual, security, and fire-alarm systems; and associated testing and commissioning. The project is subject to LEED v4 sustainable design requirements. The successful low bidder will be required to execute the Project Labor Agreement (PLA), and all subcontractors must agree to be bound by the PLA. The total MWBE goal for this project is 30%.
