Description

The Town of Ellicottville is seeking proposals from qualified Managed Service Providers to consolidate all municipal IT infrastructure and support services under a single unified agreement. The selected vendor will eliminate operational gaps, oversee daily IT operations, and establish centralized governance across all Town departments. Additionally, the vendor must develop a comprehensive Centralization and Migration Strategy to integrate all departments into a unified architecture. The contract term is 1 to 3 years, and proposals are due by September 18, 2026.
