Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is requesting proposals for Turf and Athletic Surfacing Solutions with Related Equipment, Materials, Supplies, and Services. The procurement solution is intended for use by Sourcewell's Participating Entities, which include thousands of governmental, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies in the United States and Canada. The solicitation encourages participation from Small, Minority-owned, Women’s Business Enterprise, and Veteran-owned Business Enterprise suppliers as both prime and subcontractors. Proposals must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal by October 15, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time, and late proposals will not be considered.
