Santé Québec des Îles is seeking a construction contractor to redo the roofs of the Archipelago Hospital Center and the CLSC of Cap-aux-Meules, located at 430 and 420, Chemin Principal, Cap-aux-Meules, Îles-de-la-Madeleine. The Archipelago Hospital has a flat weighted roof of approximately 3,191 m² with heights ranging from 2 to 5 floors. The CLSC on the same site has a flat weighted roof of approximately 845 m² with a height of 2 floors. The ballast must be removed, and the roofs must be rebuilt with rigid insulation and welded membrane. The estimated contract period will be 1 month.
