Description

This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.202(b).

Solicitation W9127N26QA114 is issued as a RFQ for full-service elevator maintenance contract at John Day Dam. Eight (8) elevators at John Day Dam require routine preventative maintenance including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, repair, replacement, testing, and documentation. Offerors must be capable of maintaining 24/7/365 availability to respond to emergency situations and be able to arrive on site no later than three hours in some emergency response situations. The current contract, W9127N21P0125, expires 31 SEP 2026.
