The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, is seeking vendors to install and integrate a scalable Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) security surveillance system across multiple campus buildings in Palo Alto, California. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs - VA Palo Alto Health Care System - Products and Services Requested: - New CCTV/SSTV cameras, network infrastructure, mounting hardware, power equipment, cabling, and ancillary components for Buildings 7 and 500 - Integration of existing CCTV/SSTV systems in Buildings 100, 101, and 520 into a centralized, FedRAMP-authorized cloud-hosted Video Management System (VMS) - FedRAMP-authorized cloud-hosted VMS and storage solution with secure user authentication, encryption, audit trails, and role-based access controls - Upgrades to the Police Dispatch Center, including monitors, workstations, display equipment, software, and network connectivity - Training for VA Police Service personnel and Physical Security Specialists, provided by manufacturer-certified personnel - Services: - Complete installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and project management - System testing, functional verification, and correction of deficiencies - Coordination with VA personnel and OIT to minimize operational disruption - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All VMS and storage solutions must be FedRAMP-authorized - Integration of legacy CCTV systems with new infrastructure - Training must be delivered by manufacturer-certified personnel - Compliance with VA and federal security standards - Project duration is 275 days from Notice to Proceed

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can perform the following construction project: Install CCTV at All Campus at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS) in Palo Alto, California. There is no solicitation document at this time. The NAICS is 236220 with Small Business size standard of $45 million.
