Description
The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Knight Aerospace, 3606 SW 36th 78226 for the following:
8 Passenger Club Pallet and Medical Pallet for C130 Aircraft
This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources who believe they can meet all of the requirements may submit a capability statement that demonstrates clear and convincing evidence of capability, addressing the points identified above.
All question/concerns regarding this post shall be submitted in writing (NO TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL BE ACCEPTED) to Contracting Officer, Terry Craft at terry.e.craft@uscg.mil no later than September 4, 2026, 11:00am (Pacific Time). Follow-up/additional questions will not be accepted after this date.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 336413; Small Business Size Standard: 1,250 Employees. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. If no responses are received with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Knight Aerospace. Responses shall be in written form.
This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: RFO Part 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
