DCMA seeks Recognized Assessor services for Blue List security assessments of unmanned systems and related equipment.

DCMA is launching a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to secure Recognized Assessor (RA) services for its Blue List security program. - The contract supports supply chain analysis and cybersecurity risk assessments for small unmanned systems, related components, and manufacturing equipment. - Only contractors designated as Recognized Assessors by the Blue List Program are eligible to participate. - Six qualified RAs, including Dark Wolf Solutions LLC and Legion X LLC, are currently authorized; new RAs may be onboarded during the contract period. - The procurement is justified under limited sources authority due to the specialized qualifications required. - The estimated contract value is $10 million over five years. - Orders will be Firm Fixed Price and placed as needed throughout the BOA period. - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are listed; the focus is on specialized security assessment services.

The DCMA Special Programs Unmanned Systems Experimental (US-X) Command’s Blue List Program has a requirement for Recognized Assessor (RA) services in support of Blue List security assessments of products to include small unmanned systems, related components, and manufacturing equipment.
