NASA Ames seeks Data Physics-compatible vibration table controller (sole source, capability statements requested)

NASA Ames Research Center is seeking to procure a vibration table controller to replace its existing Data Physics Abacus 700 system. - The procurement is being managed by NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) and is expected to be a sole source award to Data Physics, the identified OEM. - The required controller must: - Provide at least 24 input channels - Support random and sine closed loop control from 5Hz to 2000Hz - Include calibration software, recording/playback analysis, and dynamic signal analyzer modes (auto-power spectrum, histogram analysis, etc.) - Offer report generation features (exporting graphs, data, test parameters, and images to PDF) - Be compatible with legacy Data Physics random and sine test files (.rvc and .svc) - Only capability statements are being requested at this stage; quotes will not be considered. - Delivery/performance is at Moffett Field, California, with an estimated 8-week lead time from contract award. - The NAICS code is 334519 (Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing). - Interested vendors must submit capability statements by 8/31/2026 and reference the notice ID in all correspondence.
