The U.S. Navy is seeking comprehensive maintenance services for Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems at the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT), Corry Station, NAS Pensacola, FL. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR JACKSONVILLE) - Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT), Corry Station, NAS Pensacola - OEMs and Vendors: - Eaton (manufacturer of the UPS systems) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance for two Eaton Model 9390-100-120 UPS Power Modules (serial numbers ED105CBB01 and ED105CBB02) - Semiannual preventive maintenance for both UPS units - 24/7 corrective maintenance with 4-hour response for urgent calls and 24-hour response for routine calls - Full system battery replacement (OEM or equivalent, lithium-ion batteries not authorized) within 90 days of contract award - Emergency service hours: 30 hours in base year, 60 hours in each option year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must comply with Navy safety, security, and access protocols - Battery replacements must use OEM or equivalent batteries approved by the government; lithium-ion batteries are prohibited - Firm fixed price contract structure - Detailed reporting and access control requirements for contractor personnel

This notice is the official solicitation posting for Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance services within building 512, onboard The Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) located at Corry Station, 640 Roberts Avenue, Pensacola, Florida as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The base period of performance begins on 01 October 2026 through 31 March 2027. This requirement includes four (4) 12-month option periods.
