The 60th Force Support Squadron at Travis Air Force Base is seeking commercial-grade food service equipment for the Monarch Dining Facility kitchen. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 60th Force Support Squadron, Travis Air Force Base - 60th Contracting Squadron, Travis Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Traulsen (only OEM specifically named) - Products Requested: - 2 Traulsen two-door reach-through warmers (Model RHF132WP-HHS, 208v/60/3-ph, 16.2kw, 45.0 amps) - 2 Traulsen two-door reach-through refrigerators (Model RHT132WPUT-HHS, 115v) - 2 heated holding cabinets (brand name or equal) - 2 refrigerators (brand name or equal) - Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of existing Traulsen warmers and coolers - Installation of new commercial-grade warmers and coolers, including connection to existing utilities and startup - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal services - Delivery and installation must be completed within 30 days after contract award during business hours - Offerors must demonstrate financial capability to fulfill the contract - Security requirements for Travis AFB apply - No training required for installation - Notable Details: - Equipment must be brand name Traulsen or equal - All units come with a 1-year limited parts and labor warranty - Acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 333415

Description

The 60 FSS on Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for a 2-two-door reach through warmers and 2 two-door Traulsen coolers. (brand name or equal). The requirement is to remove and dispose of the existing Traulsen warmers/coolers and installation of the new commercial grade Traulsen warmers/coolers in the Monarch dining facility kitchen. The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and specialized equipment as necessary to perform the work described herein as well as disposal of the removed items.
