Description
Remodel/ renovate the Stations laundry room. Space is inefficient and needs to be properly re-done. All work done must be completed in accordance with all local and federal regulatory standards. Flooring needs to be replaced, washers and dryers need to be replaced, cabinets and counter tops need to be replaced. Outlets and switches need to be replaced in accordance with the attached Statement Of Work (SOW). All wages and Benifits must be in accordance with the SCA and Bavis Bacon Act for the Place of Preformance and Period of Preformance.
Quoters must provide Proof Of Insurance.
