Description

The work involves asbestos abatement and demolition of the existing Facility Building, Radio Tower, and Tower Foundation, including site works such as concrete sidewalks and wood parking fencing, disconnection of sewer and water systems, and capping at mains. Electricity is shut off but wiring remains connected. The contract duration is approximately 10 months, starting November 1, 2026, and ending August 31, 2027.
