Description
The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the services required to repair the TH-1H Satellite Navigation Set, National Stock Number (NSN) 5826-01-571-5476HL, Part Number (PN) 81440-42-241P. These services include maintenance, repair, packaging, handling, storage, transportation, and data collection while meeting the required performance thresholds. The contractor shall provide the management, organization, systems, and processes to effectively and efficiently accomplish component repair. The contractor shall furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services. The contractor is responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all support equipment required at their facility or a subcontractor’s facility. Contractor-furnished material or parts used for replacement shall equal or exceed the quality of the original material or parts. The contractor shall repair and test the Satellite Navigation Set to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, returning the assets to the United States Air Force (USAF) in serviceable condition. The contractor shall deliver repaired assets on time and maintain turn-around times for priority backorders (Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) and Surge requirements). Additionally, the contractor shall track and resolve items affected by Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR). The contractor shall provide prompt and correct data reporting to the Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV-AF) system.
