Carter, CWO2, USCG; USCG Station New Haven) - OEMs and Vendors: - Mannington (primary manufacturer for all specified flooring products) - Products Requested: - Mannington Spacia Abstract Wood Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP): approx. 1,044 SF - Mannington Frixtion W.O.M carpet tile: approx. 56.8 SY - Mannington Urban Patina carpet tile: approx. 40.3 SY - Mannington Assurance/Entwined resilient sheet vinyl: approx. 8 SY - Mannington TP rubber base: approx. 367 LF - Custom walk-off mats with USCG logo (2 units, different sizes) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Installation must follow manufacturer specifications for durability, safety, and professional appearance - Flooring must be commercial-grade, slip-resistant, and low-maintenance - Custom walk-off mats must feature the USCG logo and be securely installed to prevent trip hazards - Compliance with Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act wage and benefit requirements - Proof of insurance required from quoters - All work areas include hallways, offices, berthing rooms, kitchen, and entrances - Color selections for rubber base to be approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) - Attic stock required for carpet tile and rubber base - Heat or seam welding required for sheet vinyl joints for watertight finish

Description

Removal of existing flooring and installation of new commercial-grade flooring systems at USCG Station New Haven. The work shall provide durable, low-maintenance, slip-resistant, and professional flooring surfaces suitable for Coast Guard administrative, operational, berthing, kitchen, and circulation spaces. In accordance with the attached SOW.

All wagews and benefits must be in compliance with the SCA,Davis Bacon Act for the Place of Preformance and Period of Preformance.

Quoters must provide Proof Of Insurance.
