The Department of Water Resources, Delta Field Division, is seeking a contractor to provide Light Equipment Rental services on an as-needed basis. The contract term is anticipated to be three years. Bidders must comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirements and have their equipment rental yard within 30 miles of the Delta Field Division's Operation and Maintenance Center in Byron, California. Equipment must comply with California Air Resource Board regulations and Air Quality Management District rules when operating in the area.
