Notice This is a Notice of Intent to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE, LEARFIELD COMMUNICATIONS for the provision of ADVERTISING PARTNERSHIP. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations.2. Authority and Procedures This acquisition is for a commercial supply and is being conducted using the procedures of the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
