Description
Public Affairs Office (PAO) Camera Equipment Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District PAO has a requirement for cameras and camera equipment. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is being provided.(ii) The solicitation number is W911XK26QA023. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).(iii) This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. It is being procured as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract under RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The associated NAICS code is 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and has a small business size standard of 750 employees. The PSC code is J6760 - Photographic Equipment and Accessories. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (v) There is a requirement to purchase cameras and camera equipment, including camera bodies, lenses, flashes for the Detroit District PAO. A full Statement of Work (SOW) can be found in the attached solicitation with required salient characteristics and/or brand-name specifications for each item.(vi) Dates and places of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point can be found in the attached solicitation.(vii) A list of solicitation provisions and contract clauses that apply to the acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation.(viii) Quotes for this requirement are due on September 2nd, 2026, at 2:00 PM (Eastern). Quotes shall be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module as identified in the RFQ.(ix) Basis of Award: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the Lowest Priced Offeror that meets the requirements as laid out in this RFQ and is determined to be responsive and responsible by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/materials, equipment, and services required to perform work under this contract.(x) Customary commercial practices for warranty requirements are applicable for this acquisition.(xi) The Offeror shall submit an electronic quote. All quotation information must be in the English language and priced in U.S. dollars. The Government reserves the right to seek clarification on any aspect of the offeror s quote. Any offeror providing an equivalent item must provide the specification sheet for the item to be provided. Any equivalent items submitted will be reviewed to ensure they are the same in advance of award. Failure to do so may result in removal from consideration.(xii) To ensure timely processing of quotes, Offerors must follow the instructions contained within the solicitation. Offerors are required to meet all solicitation requirements. Failure to include all required information may cause the offer or quote to be considered non-responsive and not considered further for award.
