This opportunity involves the replacement of exterior fire-rated steel door assemblies at the US Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team Long Island Sound facility. - Government Buyer: - United States Coast Guard, Aids to Navigation Team Long Island Sound - OEMs and Vendors: - Sargent & Greenleaf (padlocks) - NAPEC (Mark II MOD VIII or IX locks) - BMR (TUFLOC Series 60 locks) - Products/Services Requested: - Replacement of three exterior fire-rated steel door assemblies (insulated, commercial hollow-metal/steel) - Associated hardware including frames, hinges, closers, latching hardware, strikes, thresholds, sweeps, weatherstripping, sealant, corrosion-resistant fasteners - Vision panels and fire-rated glazing kits - High-security lock hardware: Sargent & Greenleaf 831B padlock, NAPEC Mark II (MOD VIII or IX), BMR TUFLOC Series 60 - GSA-approved steel vault door with combination lock as alternate (if approved) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - One-for-one operational maintenance; no structural changes - Site verification and warranty provisions - Fire-rated compliance and secure egress - High-security lock requirements for facility security - Compliance with Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act - Proof of insurance required - Period of Performance: - 30 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, work scheduled Monday-Friday, 0800-1500

Description

Replace in kind three existing exterior fire-rated steel door assemblies and directly associated hardware. Restore the existing security, fire protection, weather resistance in accordance with the attached Statement Of Work (SOW)

All wages and benifites are required to be in compliance with the SCA and Davis Bacon Act for the Place of Performance and period of Preformance.

Quoters are required to submit Proof of Insurance.
