Description

The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit on behalf of Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified contractors to perform a retube of a fire tube boiler located at 620 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14620. The scope includes removal and disposal of old tubes, installation of new tubes, acid washing, and verification of proper operation of the completed boiler. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 3, 2026, at 10am. Bidders must be certified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS Small Business and provide certification documents, references, experience, financial resources, and insurances. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with NYSDOL and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration with their bid.
