Sole Source Procurement of Platinum Software for Naval Air Warfare Center

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake (Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, NAVAIR NAWC WD) has announced its intent to award a sole source contract for Platinum Software. - Government Buyer: - Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake - Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, NAVAIR NAWC WD - OEMs and Vendors: - Exxact Corporation (sole authorized distributor) - Products/Services Requested: - Platinum Software - No specific part numbers or quantities provided - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Sole source procurement; only Exxact Corporation is authorized to supply in this territory - Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) - Certification through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) required for access to Controlled Unclassified Information - No solicitation will be issued; this is not a request for quotes - Platinum Software is the only product referenced; no additional services or hardware specified.

Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ).  A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. 

In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: 

Platinum Software

To: Exxact Corporation  46221 LANDING PKWY. FREMONT, CA 94538 as the only authorized distributor of in this territory.  

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 9/1/26, 12 AM PST.  The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D0AH290-0017 and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.  Written responses to this notice shall  be submitted to email:. Miranda.m.zamarron.civ@us.navy.mil
