Arlington County Government is seeking qualified vendors to deliver comprehensive training services for county employees. - Scope of services includes: - General training - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) training - Artificial Intelligence (AI) workforce training - Virtual learning sessions - Coaching - Organizational development - DEIB-focused organizational development - Multi-rater assessments - Custom e-learning development - Services will be provided on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Vendors must demonstrate expertise in the listed training areas - Ability to deliver both in-person and virtual sessions, as well as custom e-learning solutions, is required - Contract duration is up to five years

Arlington County is soliciting proposals from offerors with experience and qualifications in providing various training services including general training, DEIB training, AI workforce training, virtual learning sessions, coaching, organizational development, DEIB organizational development, multi-rater assessments, and e-learning custom development services. These services are intended for County employees and will be provided on an as-needed basis. The contract term can be up to five years.
