Description
Clemson University is seeking bids to implement a digital platform that enables the university to effectively track, assess, and report on student co-curricular activities. The platform will support experiential learning, engagement analytics, and co-curricular transcript generation. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor and managed by the Office of Student Affairs. Implementation is to begin in October 2026 with a go-live target of January 2027, with a phased deployment including student experience record, competency mapping, event management, and student organization registration. The current student organization platform, Engage, will be retired by summer 2027, requiring migration of all historical data.
