Description

The City of Geneva is seeking qualified proposals for a restorative roof coating to be applied to the approximately 100 x 50 barrel roof covering the north section of the Police Station located at 15 S 1st Street. The existing roofing system is a modified bitumen membrane that is past its life, with about 2 inches of rigid foam insulation over a wood frame deck. The scope includes supply and installation of a fully restorative roof coating with a minimum 10-year manufacturer's warranty, including replacement of roof strainer caps as needed. The City does not have architectural plans for this roof section, and permits are not required for this project. The project has a firm completion deadline of April 30, 2027.
