Ramsey County, through the Sheriff’s Office and in partnership with the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board, is seeking qualified contractors to provide youth leadership development and empowerment programming services at the Capitol Commons located at 546 Rice Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
