Ramsey County is seeking to partner with local agencies that serve eligible households experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk. The agencies must provide supportive services and/or direct financial assistance in alignment with the Minnesota Housing and Finance Agency Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program guidance. The goal is to ensure homelessness is rare, brief, and nonrecurring. A non-mandatory responder information session is scheduled, and the bid is active until September 25, 2026.
