Description

The Alabama Port Authority (APA) is requesting proposals from qualified federal government relations and lobbying firms to provide Federal Government Relations and Lobbying Services. The selected firm will act as an extension of the APA's governmental affairs team, providing strategic advice, advocacy, relationship development, and ongoing representation before the U.S. Congress, federal agencies, and the Executive Branch. The contract will begin on the award date for a 12-month base period with options to extend for four additional 12-month periods. Services must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995.
