MassDOT Rail and Transit Division (RTD) is soliciting proposals for the manufacture and delivery of new ADA-compliant vans up to 29 feet in length. Vehicles must comply with 49 CFR Part 38, ADA Accessibility Specifications for Transportation Vehicles, and applicable federal requirements. The resulting contracts will allow MassDOT RTD and other Eligible Entities to issue purchase orders in accordance with the RFP. The procurement is managed by the Department of Transportation, specifically the Rail and Transit Division.
