The City of Edmond/Public Works Authority is seeking bids for comprehensive Christmas light and display installation services for Downtown Edmond and the Luminance event at Mitch Park. - Government Buyer: - City of Edmond, Public Works Authority (Finance Office) - Products and Displays Requested: - Leased LED C-9 and G-12 string lights for trees, buildings, and pavilions in downtown Edmond - City-owned LED mini lights (cool white and pure white) for Mitch Park trees and displays - City-owned LED C-9 lights for concession stands, pavilions, MAC Building, and YMCA - 3D Christmas displays (multi-section, 10–30 ft tall), with setup, teardown, wiring, and maintenance (40 displays) - Construction and setup of an 80 ft light tunnel with LED mini lights near park entrance - Services Required: - Installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of all leased and city-owned lights and displays - Event support, repairs during the holiday season, and safety compliance - Presence at two scheduled event nights - Mandatory site visits, furnishing all equipment, tools, wiring, and securing permits and insurance - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must bid on both primary packages (A & B) and may propose optional add-ons (Package C) - Non-collusion affidavit required - All work must ensure safety and prevent damage to city property - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; LED light types and part numbers are referenced for quality standards only

The City of Edmond/Public Works Authority is soliciting bids for Christmas Light/Display installation for Downtown Edmond and Luminance. The contract is proposed to be effective from approximately September 28, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option to renew annually for four years, contingent on service and price acceptance. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the award does not obligate the City to use the services. The scope includes installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of leased and city-owned lights across various locations in Edmond, including downtown and Mitch Park.
