Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for the Jail Detention & MEP Upgrades Project. The project includes replacement of AHUs and associated piping, conversion of environmental controls to DDC, electrical distribution upgrades, detention lighting replacements, water control system updates, low voltage security and communication system updates, reconfiguration of cells into medical and counseling rooms, installation of detention grade furnishings, modification of cell doors, retrofitting shower inserts, and installation of anti-jump netting. Bids are due electronically by September 23, 2026, with a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 25, 2026. The project is scheduled for substantial completion by March 28, 2028.
