Guilford County is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide on-call professional services for the planning, design, bidding, construction administration, and construction inspection of various upcoming County infrastructure and other municipal capital improvement projects. Letters of Interest will be accepted for broad disciplines including engineering and architecture, with examples of services provided for each discipline. Interested firms should apply to their areas of expertise and technical skillset, and it is not required to apply for all examples or both disciplines. A non-mandatory pre-proposal ZoomGov meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.
