Guilford County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide state and/or federal lobbying services. - Government Buyer: - Guilford County Purchasing Department - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, as this is a service-based solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - State Lobbying Services: Representation and advocacy at the state level for Guilford County - Federal Lobbying Services: Representation and advocacy at the federal level for Guilford County - Firms may submit proposals for either or both categories - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Firms must register with the State of North Carolina's Electronic Vendor Portal to respond - Access to bidding documents is via Guilford County's Vendor Self Service automated bidding system - A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held online - Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted via email - The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities

Description

The Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide state and/or federal lobbying services. Firms may submit proposals for either or both service categories. The County invites all interested and qualified firms who meet the requirements of this RFP to submit a response. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal ZoomGov Meeting will be held on September 1, 2026, and questions will be accepted until September 8, 2026. All bidding documents are available on Guilford County's Vendor Self Service automated bidding system.
