The U.S. Air Force, 7th Civil Engineer Squadron at Dyess Air Force Base, is seeking a contractor for the removal and replacement of windows at Building 4311. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 7th Civil Engineer Squadron (7 CES), Dyess Air Force Base - Scope of Work: - Remove and dispose of six existing steel-framed window sections (twelve awning-style windows) - Install six new aluminum fixed-frame stationary window assemblies (each section includes two fixed window units) - Provide all framing, glazing, anchors, fasteners, sealants, flashing, and associated materials for a complete, weather-tight installation - Perform any necessary concrete masonry unit (CMU) repairs, modifications, patching, and restoration of adjacent finishes - Comply with all safety and security protocols and coordinate with government representatives - Products/Services Requested: - Six aluminum fixed-frame window sections (twelve stationary window units total) - Complete window removal and replacement services - Unique Requirements: - All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision must be provided - Project must minimize disruption to building operations - Compliance with wage determination guidelines is required - Project duration is estimated at 30 calendar days, starting within 10 days after material arrival and approval - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; the contractor may propose suitable commercial products meeting the requirements.

The United States Air Force, 7th Contracting Squadron, located on Dyess Air Force Base, in Abilene Texas is seeking potential sources capable of providing all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and other items and services to replace six (6) windows at building 4311 as stated in the SoW. Please refer to the SoW for more detailed information.
